In a shocking move, center Myles Turner has decided to leave the NBA Finalist Indiana Pacers in free agency, on a four-year, $107 million deal with the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Pacers are reported to have low-balled Turner, with an offer far below the one he got from the Bucks.
There is certainly more dust to settle from Myles Turner landing in Milwaukee, as ESPN reports. I’m being told the big man wanted to remain with the Pacers, who he helped lead to the Finals, but Indiana’s offers for Turner never truly exceeded the three-year, $60 million range.

Insider Jake Fischer says Indiana offered one of their most important players a three-year, $60 million deal, a $20M AAV, while he received nearly $27M per year from Milwaukee, on a longer-term deal.
Turner wanted to stay with Indiana, but, as it so often does in the NBA, money talks.
He spent his entire 10-year career in Indiana.
