Bucks Center Myles Turner Calls Out Giannis Antetokounmpo & Dysfunctional Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks' disaster of a year just keeps getting worse. Even a month after their season ended. We're now getting word from center Myles Turner, who just spent his first season in Milwaukee, that Giannis Antetokounmpo violated team policies regularly.

According to Turner, Giannis (and other Bucks players) would show up late for practices, film sessions, and even flights.

“It got to the point where I knew to not show up until an hour after they said the plane was going to take off," Turner said. "Giannis is going to show up whenever he wants.”

Veteran Bucks beat writer Gery Woelfel seconded the motion, adding that "I have been saying for three years at least what a dysfunctional organization the Bucks have become and how Antetokounmpo had changed and not for the better.

"Antetokounmpo’s egotistical attitude and selfish behavior is reminiscent of those displayed by former Bucks center Larry Sanders."

It appears, however, that Turner and the rest of the Bucks (and Woelfel) will not have to deal with it all much longer. The PBWA writer reports that "I chatted with a slew of NBA individuals in recent days at the pre-draft camp in Chicago and not one believes Antetokounmpo will be in a Bucks uniform next season."

Giannis has had one foot out the door for years now in Milwaukee, and it finally appears that situation will be resolved. Almost certainly by next month's draft, as noted by team co-owner Jimmy Haslam, who says they are "open for business" for a Giannis trade.
