The Phoenix Suns and Charlotte Hornets have completed a trade that sees Miles Bridges heading to the desert.

In exchange, the Suns send Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale and a 2033 first-round pick to Charlotte.

Insider Jake Fischer points out that Phoenix has had their eye on Bridges quite some time, nearly trading for him in 2024 when the power forward was on a one-year qualifying offer with the Hornets.

The Suns will now be able to field a starting five of Devin Booker, Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, Miles Bridges and Mark Williams.

Bridges has one year remaining on his deal at $22M, but sources say the two sides are interested in an extension.

The 6'7" forward has been a 20-point scorer three times in his seven seasons, but dipped a bit to 17 ppg this past year, while adding 5.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists.

Allen and O'Neal add some significant floor spacing for the Hornets, both able to hit threes at a high rate.

The Hornets had been aggressively shopping Bridges for several weeks, according to reports.
