In a wild breaking story, we're learning that former Miami Heat teammates Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro got into a scrap with each other in Las Vegas today. Bam reportedly punched Herro in the face.
“Sources tell me that Bam Adebayo struck Tyler Herro in the face area as they were walking off the practice court at a Las Vegas hotel. This happened when Bam approached Tyler Herro about comments Herro made on social media, critiquing Bam after Herro was traded," Shams Charania said.

Bam approached Herro, and they got into a "back and forth" confrontation, "that culminated in Bam striking Herro," Charania said.

Apparently, Adebayo wasn't very pleased with the Instagram comments Herro made about his former teammate on his way out the door. He was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks in the Giannis Antetokounmpo deal.

“You should get paid 60 million to be a top tier defender on some nights? I’m just wondering," wrote Herro.

Chris Haynes reports that the Heat are aware of the incident.

The two players' seven-year run in South Beach together came to an end when Herro was included in the package along with several others, that Miami sent to Milwaukee in the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade.

Herro, 6'5", 195 lbs, averaged 20.5 points per game, 4.8 boards and 4.1 assists this past season for Miami, while the 6'9", 255 lb Adebayo's season was highlighted by an otherworldly 83-point night, on the way to 20.1 ppg and 10.0 rebounds.
