Coming off his first All-Star season, Norman Powell will be leaving the Miami Heat in free agency, and has decided to head to the team that targeted him right from the start, the Chicago Bulls.

It's a two-year, $45 million deal with the Bulls for Powell. He became a priority target for Chicago, and because Miami had just committed massive cap space to Giannis Antetokounmpo, they were unable to match the Bulls' offer.

The Bulls coveted Powell's shooting. He's averaged in and around the 40% mark on three-point shooting for the past several years, and he topped the 21 ppg mark for the second consecutive season.

Powell has a championship ring from 2019 with the Toronto Raptors.
