NBA Rumors: Kings Still Have Sights Set on 3 Big Trade Targets

The Sacramento Kings have been burning up the phone (and Zoom) lines as we head into the final week-and-a-half until the trade deadline. And while they announced on Friday that they're out on one big target, they are still hot on the trail of three of the other most sought-after names on the market.

Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report told Sam Mitchell on NBA Radio Saturday morning that "the Kings are very, very motivated to get better and do something here. I would definitely keep an eye on them for Jerami Grant still, and (Domantas) Sabonis in Indiana, and John Collins in Atlanta."

The Kings are looking to make a big splash, and bringing in any of those three would be considered as such. They have a lot of trade assets to send back in any deal, though there are still questions about the availability of De'Aaron Fox. At least one insider has heard he is "gettable", though the Kings insist they've told him he's not being moved.

Others available include Harrison Barnes, Buddy Hield, Marvin Bagley III, Richaun Holmes, and maybe, just maybe, Tyrese Haliburton.

One recent report has had the Kings stepping up their pursuit of Sabonis, including Fox in that offer. The Pacers say they want an "All-Star" for their talented big man; not sure that Fox fits the bill.

The Pistons are still discussing in-house whether or not they want to trade Grant, but Collins is definitely a name to watch, as the Kings would love to upgrade their front line.
