Washington Wizards Sign High-Flying Guard

After a whirlwind day for the league, the dust is starting to settle, and teams are taking stock of what they still do or don't need. For the Washington Wizards, their first aftermath move is to sign high-flying undrafted guard Quenton Jackson.

It's a two-way contract for the 6'5" guard out of Texas A&M, who played for the Wizards Summer League team, and since then has been turning heads this season in the G League.

With the Wizards' G League affiliate the Capital City Go-Go, Jackson has been throwing down highlight dunk after highlight dunk, and is averaging 14.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists.

"He's got special bounce," Go-Go head coach Mike Williams told NBC Sports Washington. "If he gets a step on you, you better watch out because he'll throw it down on you."

Now he's hoping to create a few posters at the NBA level with the Wizards.
