A “Better” Antetokounmpo Brother Works Out For Pacers Ahead of Draft

Giannis Antetokounmpo says of his younger brother Alex, “I definitely think Alex can be better than me." That's a scary thought for the rest of the league. Alex Antetokounmpo is a prospect hoping to get selected in Thursday's NBA Draft.

Given Giannis' scouting report, is there a team, late in the second round, that wouldn't want to take a chance on giving the next Antetokounmpo a shot? The Indiana Pacers are giving the 19-year-old a pre-draft workout today, and they do have two second-round picks.

The youngest Antetokounmpo is 6'8" with a 7'2" wingspan. He skipped college this past season to go pro, signing with a team in Spain.

If he does make it to the NBA, Alex would be the 4th Antetokounmpo brother in the league; the other three already have an NBA championship, so he'll have some standards to live up to.

As Giannis said this past year, "It's hard to be Alex. It's hard to have three brothers get drafted. He wants to get drafted."
