Dallas Mavericks Rumors: New Team Linked to Kyrie Irving

Kyrie Irving is a player to pay close attention to this offseason, as he is a pending unrestricted free agent, and he will receive a plethora of attention if he hits the open market. If he decides to walk away from the Dallas Mavericks, there are rumblings that the Phoenix Suns will be major players in the Irving sweepstakes.

The Suns were heavily linked to Irving leading up to the 2023 NBA Trade Deadline, but Kevin Durant ended up being their major addition instead. Yet, even with this being the case, the Suns remained interested in Irving, and that has the potential to carry over to the summer.

The Suns have made it known that they are not afraid to make big splashes as of late, and it would not be surprising in the slightest if Irving ends up being their primary target this offseason because of it. We will need to wait and see if they can end up bringing in the star from here.
